- your device ID (at the bottom of the app's Premium screen);
- the app version (About screen) and your device model;
- for purchases, your Google Play order number (it starts with GPA.) or the Lemon Squeezy receipt;
- what you were doing and what happened. Never send your playlist password.
Premium on several devices
Lifetime works on up to 5 devices and annual on up to 2. On Google Play, open the Premium screen on the other device, signed in with the same Google account. Outside Google Play, enter your activation code on each device. If a device you no longer use is taking a place, email us and we free it.
The free trial
Premium can be tried free for 7 days, once per device, with no card and no commitment. When the trial ends nothing is deleted; the app goes back to the free plan. If you started a trial before October 2026 and it never unlocked Premium, update the app: you can start a new 7-day trial once.
Channels or playback problems
OpenView is a player: it does not provide channels. If a channel does not open, check first with your playlist provider. The app's Settings › Advanced › Diagnostics can share technical details without your passwords.
